Catskill Craftsmen made a prototype that was used on a PBS television cooking series. PBS got so many calls from viewers asking where they could buy the board, Catskill decided to make it available to everyone. Great for making anything that is cut into small pieces: simply cut and scrape pieces into the tray. Remove tray and drop in another one — Voila!
Comes with three trays 9.5" x 5.5" x 2" deep. Extra trays available. Feet are set in back of the cutout so that hole can be placed over disposal without tray so scrap pieces can be scraped directly into disposal.
